T'internet

My childhood friend Jane now lives in New Zealand and she is very nostalgic for the "old days' in Plymouth. This week she found a group on Facebook with hundreds of old photos so we have both been having fun scouring them for shared memories.

In and among I found a link to a website that turned out to have umpteen photos from Plymouth Polytechnic in the mid 80s. Although I didn't know the person who had posted all the photos, we had many friends in common so it was a real treasure trove - quite amazing. Then this popped up. I did a double take and had to ask my son to confirm it was indeed me (he claims to be traumatised by the sight)  - I think it's appropriate to say WTAF?????

I have no memory of the event. Quite why I was standing on a stage with a mullet and my knickers showing I don't know but isn't t'internet incredible?
