Nora and Dave

Finally got back to my two exercise classes this morning. It felt really good to do yoga and then spend an active hour doing the Silver Sneakers circuit.

Home for lunch and then back out for the Momentia meeting at the Alzheimer’s Society office. It’s time for me to get to work on the logo I promised to design.

After the meeting I picked up Shelly and we met Dave and Nora at d’Anna’s for dinner. Yesterday was Dave’s birthday so I treated him and Nora to dinner for his gift. We all had a great time together. Lots of laughter and playful teasing.

Dave and Nora took off and Shelly and I headed to my house for a quiet evening together. Now it’s time for sleep. Night all.
