Another blipper???

We visited Szentendre (St Andrew) outside Budapest, and had a wonderful day in the picturesque village, admiring the beautiful embroidery, tasting marzipan chocolates from the well known marzipan shop, and taking many pics!
I was amused at this person taking a photo of an artist's palette and couldn't help wondering if he too was a blipper!!
