Eugenie Muller - Work Permit 1948

Jenny (Eugenie) came to England on a 2 year permit in 1948. She lodged with my mum and dad and worked in Birtwistles Cotton Mill in Padiham.
After the 2 years working in the Mill, and no doubt speaking English with a strong Lancashire accent, she returned home.
