Mells Manor

Now lived in by Lord and Lady Oxford, Mells Manor was bought (acquired?) by one John (Jack) Horner, of nursery rhyme fame. The “plum” that he pulled from his Christmas Pie is said to have been the deeds to the property! The present Lord Oxford is Jack’s descendant.
