Sullom Flower Show
A fine enough day, plenty of sunny spells, but some pesky showers passing over from time to time.
My body clock was out out a bit this morning, but settled into the forward hour. Out with Sammy after breakfast, and then headed to see John-Robert Manson to see about getting a few peat banks for the summer. After a good yarn, we headed up north for a walk at Gunnister, and on to the Sullom teas after. I've also been out in the garden this afternoon, and a beach clean at Punds Voe after tea. Nipped down to mam's this evening, and goodbyes to aunt Carol and uncle Mark, they leave first thing tomorrow. Feet up now.
Spring is now in the air, and various community halls opened their doors today for Sunday teas. After a cuppa and sandwich, there was also a flower show on too. Some lovely spring flowers on display, and for sale too. Taken in the Sullom hall, with a great turn out of visitors.
