Man and fire!

Seen by the canal on this afternoons walk. Not sure he should be there though.
Found out on our return that our neighbours have been burgled....: They broke into their studio building but only took a gallon of A’s premium Petrol. They think that because Western Power have cleared the bank that this gave access from the road. Also the police said there have been a couple of other places targeted.
What low life there is about....!
