After a very long day in a very grey Croydon (woke at 5.15, home at 16.15 - that fine rain that soaks you right through etc), there was no better sight on arriving home than three jiffy bags from Play.com.

The grand eBay sale during January resulted in £254 raised which duly resulted in £255 being spent on a rather gorgeous-and-shiny-but-credit-crunch-unfriendly-PS3. I see it as a pound spent though. The justification continues...

Never be surprised at the rubbish people buy on eBay and the prices they'll pay, and if it means you can buy more shiny gubbins to fill your house with then I'm all for it. Plus my old PS2 lives on at ninny_salad's house, for a small fee ;-)

Wife at college, small bottle of wine ready... I just don't know which one to open first.
