Very busy day today and after cooking dinner I was ready to curl up in front of the TV.
But I persuaded myself to go get some exercise and play tennis. For 2 hours. And someone fired a ball at my - to be polite- chest! Unintentionally of course. Sore!
I knew I should have stayed at home.
Came home for a hot shower and a glass of Merlot. Purely medicinal you understand.
