Ida Burn dam

A much needed break at the Ida Burn dam. This spot is on the Otago Central Rail trail at Oturehua. We had biked 62km and had 90 odd to go.
I wish we could have just stopped here.

Once every 10 or so years, when the ice is thick enough, this is the site of the Bon Spiel, curling tournament.
