Late night shadows

Gill and I returned from our short-but-sweet jaunt around Perthshire in time to catch up with Lulabel and Mabel, who had done a grand job of holding the fort at Pookie-Minty-Leo's in my absence.

P has come home for the weekend with the unexpected but thrilling news that she has been nominated for a BAFTA again this year, this time for the Channel 4 series 'The State'. I don't yet know who she's up against.

The photos I hurriedly took on the way home in the drizzle were immediately deleted, so this was the best I could do back in my own flat  as midnight approached. "Must try harder."
