White Crowned Sparrow

A fairly common sparrow around these parts. This one taken right out in front of our office. The AAA for local birds! 

This species has a wonderful song. It's spring and this male is trying to attract a female. Within a week, it will be even more vibrant in color than he is now. Notice the eye in this shot.
