The Revolution Will Not Be Televised

Another flower blip today.  These were delivered this afternoon, they're from my colleagues telling me to enjoy my 'holiday', that's a reference to my boss asking when I was going on holiday (for my surgery).  I don't know if he thinks I'm going to Bulgaria for a discount facelift.    

I haven't ventured out yet, in fact since 8am this morning I haven't moved from the settee.  I had plans to be more mobile by now but I'm 'guarding' myself.  I get the occasional but very real pain in my armpit, where my scar is, and I'm trying to avoid that.   

Ive spent a lot of time alone today for the first time.  Gary's going back to work and is on nights tonight and has been whizzing about all day, getting ready, shopping, walking Tommy etc.  

Meanwhile, I've been going through the Virgin box, it's up to 86% so I'm clearing it out.   I've watched eight Will &Graces  and whole series of Happy Valley, six episodes.   It was really good but one little detail bugged me.  One of the characters was from Linlithgow, they were investigating her background and someone said they were waiting for information from the East Lothian police.  Grrrrrr.
