Grey Day

We came second in the pub quiz last night, despite being two down....a few more coppers for the christmas kitty ;-)

Ahhh what bliss last night.....slept really well.

Grey skies pretty much all day today.
Quite appropriate really as we have been to pay our respects at a collagues funeral in Lytham. Peter was a popular chap, borne out by the numbers at the church.

Afterwards we decided to go for a walk along the promenade to blow away the cobwebs.
It was windy and felt cold, so we took refuge in a lakeside cafe for a coffee and something to eat. We walked back around the lake and up onto the sea wall, which is where I got todays blip....we could just see Southport across the water.

It was a busy Friday M6 on the way home but not too bad.
