Victoriana

I was wandering around after my abbreviated working day( the school I was patrolling had to close because of a power cut, and even as an adult I felt delight at "no school"!) and came across this delightful post box.  Bournemouth is essentially a Victorian town - it was heathland before that - and there are some gems.  This is a hexagonal Victorian pillar box.  Come to think of it, my parents always referred to the "pillar box" not the "post box".  This is the sort of thing they were thinking of I guess.
