Hair today, gone today

I ricked my back last night but fortunately JJ had an appointment with the Osteopath this afternoon, so I took his place.  I also had my hair cut this morning, so it's been an expensive day.

I bought an Ostrich feather duster when we were in South Africa and I think it makes a fairly good blip.
