Mossy

What a contrast with the blue photos of the past couple of days! As I took this photo this afternoon, a great drop of water splashed onto my phone from the trees, so it's rather a rushed job. However, this old wall is so thick with moss that even in the gloom of a rainy afternoon it seemed to glow with its own light; it also invited touch as it looked so wonderfully soft and cushiony.

Back to the kind of day when I don't feel like going out at all, but go so that I will enjoy being home again, and the feeling that I'll be ready for my dinner and feel justified in collapsing in front of the final episode of "Shetland" after it. Wasn't it good?
