There is a thing called ‘back mice’...& I think it’s that crossed with sciatica.
Couldn’t gym today but had lovely morning with B. Dosed up & gentle walk down Oxford Rd to pick up few bits in Tesco & then snuggle in Costa.
Started counselling today to work on a few things. Nice & friendly woman. Aside from the searing back pain all good!
