Slow Day in the Office

My day in the hospital seems to have taken more out of me than i had imagined.   Very tired today and drifted along at work without a great level of enthusiasm or focus.  Not a feeling I'm used to.

Dropped  down to the beach to try and clear my head late afternoon - a lot of planks of wood have appeared along the East Lothian coast over the last few days - quite a few on the beach.   Nice to be down there by myself although it was cold and dull.
