Time is wasted on the young!

Today was a bit harder, dealt with 3 families, prepared a lady ready for her brother to come and say goodbye before her funeral on Monday and still trying to get my head around a whole heap of different paperwork and abbreviations....... these guys are almost as good at having them for the sake of having them, just like MOD
