A WARM AFTERNOON
Thank you to BobsBlips for hosting the Wide Wednesday challenge.
Another lunch out today which was lovely although these lunches have to cease - they're not good for the waistline.
Late this afternoon, MrD and I drove around to Point Walter and there were several people out and about in boats, snorkelling, swimming and generally having fun. I have chosen this pic for the people and the lovely clouds. At Point Walter there is a sandbar jutting out into the river and you are able to walk on it at low tide (as you can see in the pic) and then it is underwater at high tide. It's an unusual feeling to be walking on the sandbar out into the middle of the river - when the tide is out, of course.
The weather people are thinking we may receive the remnants of Cyclone Marcus over the weekend. The rain would be good but not sure about the wind.
