The Last Petal

This morning I noticed a single tulip, I had on my kitchen table, had lost all its petals but one, the others had all fallen on the table.  Still beautiful at this stage, my camera lovingly captured the fading loveliness!

Another sunny day, but with an icy wind blowing. Now it's time for breakfast!
