Sandhill Cranes

I went out for a walk with extension tubes and the 75 - 300 mm lens, planning on Tiny Tuesday.  What I should have done is had the big lens.  The quality of the shots I get with this 75 - 300 is just not what I get with other lens (I did purchase it on Craigslist for not very much money).  There were birds everywhere!  Bald Eagles soaring overhead and the noise from the fields full of geese, sandhill cranes and ducks was quite comical and loud.  They were all mixed up in the fields and would take off all together, I have several shots with them all flying up around me.  

Tomorrow the rain is returning, glad I was out to enjoy the sun today.
