Or just: welding in a difficult position?
At unit EC 20 some parts of the auxiliary steam system are not in use anymore but still under pressure due to a bit defective valves which were letting through.
So the cheapest way was to cut the pipes and weld so-called "cups" on them.
This is a welder, lying on a scaffold, in a bit difficult position.
The thick cables lying around were originally used during overhaul.
