Happy birthday mum!!

Today would have been mums 103rd birthday, she died 14 years ago, and I still miss her!!! She always said that she didn't enjoy turning 80, she got late onset diabetes, she said her sight had got bad, her hearing was going and there was something else................but she couldn't remember!!!!

Sorry I didn't comment yesterday, or post a blip, was knocked for six by some news I received and couldn't bring myself to do anything!!
Theatre was good on Tuesday night, Timothy West as "The Handyman". Amazing his ability to learn all his lines, he had a lot and a Ukrainian accent, at the age of 77!!!!

Have just stopped for a break on the motorway, drive not too bad so far, fingers crossed it remains so!

Forgive me if I don't blip or comment tomorrow, after attending the funeral of my friend of 39 years, I may not be in the right frame of mind!

Half term draws to a close, still to do a trip to Leeds on Saturday to meet up with my late husbands cousins, then down to Nottingham to see how my daughter has settled.
