Tiny Tuesday - Sensor Circuitry

I continue to make progress in stripping down my sea water damaged camera and am now getting to the point where the key elements of the camera are accessible (see extra). Today I removed the sensor and having removed the infra red filter I thought perhaps one would be able to see the sensors packed tight;y together but there is just a smooth covered surface which is pretty nondescript as an image so I have chosen to show you the the circuitry at the back which is amazing intricate. You can also see the tiny bits of rusty degradation caused by the sea water. I suppose it is not surprising to see that the sensor chip itself is manufactured in China.
