National Waterways Museum

After posting all those Shropshire Union Canal bridge photos as well as other assorted canal photos we finally visited the National Waterways Museum in Ellesmere Port for the first time today. The ticket gives you free entrance for 12 months so I will be able to go back for another look as there was a lot to see.

I was also pleased to pick up a book about the canal which should be a handy reference in future. This photo was taken through the window of the main display building.

I also bought a new car.
