Old England

I can't resist a bit of Jugendstil and the Musical Instruments Museum provided a dose of it today.  Sadly I can only find out a limited amount about the building - look here and here if you are curious.

It was a beautiful day here - absolutely gorgeous if you could find a spot out of the wind and in the sun - and we did what we always do when we visit a city, we walked for miles.  Up to and around the (slightly disappointing) botanic garden, down to the outdoor exercise centre that is the Parc de Bruxelles, through the park past the royal palace and up to the Palace de Justice (totally covered in scaffolding).  There's a good place there for views over the city.

Anyway there was much more walking and looking at stuff.  Quite a bit of gathering Vitamin D as the sun shone and a nice late lunch with a bit of Vitamin Biere. You have to get your vitamins :-)
