A last look.

Back Blip Saturday.

The car packed, and said our goodbyes to Carol and Graham.
Then headed off down to Perranuthnoe and a last look at the beach, before bacon sandwiches in the cafe.
Sat in the sunshine watching the surfers.
At the time not knowing what the weather had in store for us.

A good journey until we got just South of Exeter, when it started snowing.
Called in at Topsham, but by then it was snowing heavily.
So after a coffee we decided to set off upto Somerset where we were staying overnight with our friends.
Within 3/4 miles it had stopped snowing and we didn’t see any more.

K welcomed us with a nice cup of tea, and later we are sat down to a delicious meal.
Confit of duck,followed by red berry crumble.
Needless to say we also had some very nice wines. Finished with a glass of Port, and off to bed.
Slept very well.
