Scarlet Elf Cups

Spotted these wee beauties in the woods today where the snow has melted. Beautiful colour and apparently they’re rather good to eat too. I’ll wait and see if any more appear before harvesting any though as there were only three.

In other news I seem to have managed to put my back out whilst over enthusiastically windmilling at clubbercise this evening so it was game over at that point - luckily it was pretty much the end of the session. Hoping the max strength ibuprofen kicks in quickly.
