Long and intense day at work. Cooked Canadian bison fillet with sweet potatoes, carrots and red peppers roasted in the oven. Our guest EP who has been working with P. all day brought wine from Austria “Unplugged”. Nice evening with a fire crackling in the background. Snow flakes outside.
