Not going forward

Being stationary on the M40 is bad enough (especially when there later seems to be nothing to have caused it) but hearing three interviewees on the radio say “going forward” during my trip home makes me think there are more people with nothing between their ears who hold important positions than I thought possible - going back to when I thought that thought. Which I didn’t actually.
