Tom Kha Gai

In France, I had French food, Italian in Italy but as soon as I am back to Thailand, I hurry to get some fine Thai food.
This is one of my favorites: Tom Kha Gai (chicken coconut soup). It is a bit spicy but really delicious accompanied with jasmine rice.
