Lazy Sunday

It’s snowing again, although not as bad as the recent Beast From The East, the south seems to getting this worse than us this time. A quiet day, necessary to recharge in preparation for a very busy week ahead. Making soup, prepping lunches and trying a more successful attempt at giant couscous than my previous attempt at it. Actually dreading the working week it’s going to be tough.
