Snowy walk

These two did not want to go for a walk at all. They moaned and grumbled and as you can see are having a terrible time in the snow. A and I were glad to take them out as we were going a bit mad with their boisterousness in the house - my knee is still sore and my back is seizing up. I feel thoroughly fed up with the pain at night in particular. Tomorrow I’m seeing a Physio - I know she’ll sort my back but the knee is proving to be more tricky! I’m really missing going out running or walking, I’m losing so much fitness and it’s not good for my mental health either.
