The Birthday Boy

Today we celebrated our youngest grandchild's first birthday!  He officially turned one on March 16th, but today was the day boatloads of grandparents, aunts, uncles, great aunts and uncles, and cousins gathered together to wish him well.  Henry was as good as gold all day, smiling, happy to wear his birthday crown, and enjoying the cake, balloons, and the general mayhem all around him.  Big brother Elliott was a joy to be around too -- he was busy playing with two cousins close to him in age, and really didn't have time to bother with pesky little brothers!
