Mum

This afternoon we went on what I thought was going to be a few hours long visit but it turned into an 8 hour one! We were visiting friends whose mother died recently. It made me strangely glad to be able to share my experiences with them, which they were really touched by.

This photo is of my mum which I got sent today. All the people at the visit just loved seeing it and were totally amazed how much Katie looks like her! This makes me so happy!

It made me sad/angry today when the aunts were telling the children who have lost their mother to do their prayers. They told the 10 year old boy ''You must pray, your mother is in her grave, you must pray so she gets to a place of peace.'' What dreadful pressure to put on a grieving boy :(
