Exceedingly deep snow

Goodness I was lucky to miss the worst of the snow yesterday. It started when I got home and, well, it just carried on. My extra is of the view through my window this morning - my car is there somewhere.

I made it, late, to the Wolseley Centre, after digging out the car and the path. It was understandably quiet but those who made it enjoyed sledging and looking at the birds.

My blip had to be this determined chaffinch, who had no intention of moving.....
