Surely Not!

My mother used the expression 'pigeon-toed' when describing people she thought had a funny walk.  I never knew exactly what it meant. Surely no-one has toes that look like this?

I set the camera up in the front window, trained on the bird table, put some sunflower seeds out, and waited for the little birds to come.  Unfortunately they didn't.

Perhaps the combination of snow, Percy hiding on the windowsill behind the pile of books holding up the camera, and the woodpigeons landing from time to time with their usual lack of finesse, frightened  them away.

I don't think the pigeons are scared of Percy.  This one looks as if he could easily take him on.  He's not a very brave cat, alas.
