A monochrome world

This is obviously not really a mono shot, but it is interesting to note that when there is an overcast sky, snow can seem to turn the world monochrome while at the same time significantly increasing the available light.  The reflected light is particularly useful for shots of small birds ;-)

We're staying comfortably in the warm and getting Sunday's jobs done - hope you are all having suitably restful days too :-)
