Out from Lake Vera

Overnight the wind increased dramatically, with the rain starting falling heavily at around 6am. Nevertheless, we couldn't sit around all day, so put on our waterproofs and got on with it. Pretty chilly, but managed to keep just enough feeling in my hands to unlock the car when we arrived a few ours later. Stopped in the Hungry Wombat Cafe in Derwent Bridge for lunch, a delicious portion of wedges, chilli, guac and sour cream!
