Thwarted

My plans to kick off the 2018 kayaking season during St Patrick's weekend... 

Unlike the layer of snow dumped on us overnight, Mrs Raheny's tolerance of the white stuff is wearing thin. She is sulking upstairs as I type. 
Mimi and I have volunteered to hike to the local Lidl in search of essentials: sliced pan, marshmallows to barbecue on the fire and Galaxy golden eggs. Oh, and chocolate croissants.
