New Toys

Last weekend I finally got around to spending some Christmas money and bought some sausage-making kit. It’s now all arrived and today was the perfect day to avoid the snow and bitterly cold weather and start reading up on the art.

I think I’m going to have a lot of fun with this, I don’t seem to have any shortage of volunteer tasters and can’t wait to get started...
