Saturday

It's been a really hard day. From the minute I woke I have struggled. My chest has been sore, I have physically been shaking, shortness of breath and feeling lightheaded. I have felt so close to a panic attack.

Unfortunately I had agreed to look after Lewis tonight. Fortunately he has been good as gold, bathed and bed easily. He's now in bed and I can try and relax.
