The Snow Lane, Aylesford

Today was supposed to be the Mini Beast From The East and although we've had plenty of snow showers during the day it didn't build up at all except on the road signs (today's shot), the roofs of houses and cars. It was still bloody cold, though.
Just a relaxing day today - pub, papers, a bit of walk and some wine! Watched a fantastic documentary by Molly Dineen called Being Blacker. It was so good because it wasn't squeezed into a half hour slot but was given ninety minutes to explore the story of one man's life properly and with the time it deserved. The mainstream channels need to do more of this - go with your subject and trust the filmakers and the creative people involved, you might well get something wonderful.
