Still got your winter coats on???

I was a little worried about the weather forecast today as I had a drive scheduled to the very beautiful but rural village of Darley in Nidderdale.  
Snow all around and a biting wind but the roads were all clear...even 'up top'.  So flowers delivered... and smiles all round.
A self indulgent meander of a trip back, via Pateley Bridge and the moors.... it was wild...not a sole around (except sheep)...and it was beautiful... and I'm savouring winter whilst it lasts....it's giving us a stoic battle isn't it before it storms off to leave us with the softness of spring....soon :)
