Wordsworh House

Wordsworth House, on Cockermouth Main Street, was looking good this morning...bright sunshine with a bitterly cold wind!

It is National Trust and is open every day of the week except Fridays.

( On Fridays you can get married here! )

( If you come on a Thursday you can see Ros volunteering in the magnificent garden )

William Wordsworth and his sister were born and spent their childhoods here...probably doing the same walks that Ros, Chloe and I do every day.

No snow for us today...although we have seen some flakes in the air...

The 'extra', of the garden, was taken last Summer.
