Holiday Scotland

We were invited to join my father and stepmother for a weeks holiday at Great Glen Lodges set between Fort William and Fort Augustus.

It was our first ever trip to Scotland (apart from my business trips to Edinburgh) and it lived up to expectations in almost all matters and in others, far beat them.

Kate over the moon at having some wildlife on the doorstep, J glad to stretch his legs and as always, stepgran Gwen keeping an eye out.

The lodges were set directly on the banks of Loch Lochy and we had taken our inflatable sailing/motor boat, bought just a few months before, with us.
