Meditation corner

Not that I have much time for that today! I'm cooking for 10 this evening and (despite it being St Paddy's day) I've planned a menu from the North West. We're having Scouse ( a meat and potato stew) with the traditional red cabbage, beetroot and crusty bread and butter, followed by Wet Nelly (a version of bread pudding). I'm dropping tradition a bit here - going for lemon curd ice cream and a mixed fruit salad as accompaniments/ alternatives. I was think ing of asking the guests to dress up in blue or red, but that could be asking for trouble!
