all tucked in

Checking in on the little ones last thing at night is a pleasing part of my routine. I was pleased to find Eve had tucked in her bear tonight - she’s seeing what it would be like to share a room as she’d like her and Zeke to share. I’m thinking the bear might be a more straightforward room mate than her brother. While Eve generally falls asleep within moments of switching out the light, the other side of the landing is a party zone to rival the Ibiza club scene - Zeke tramps about the place, empties his wardrobe, jumps off the bed, reorganises his bears, throws toys everywhere etc etc until his body can’t physically take any more. And then he bounds out of bed at 6:45 to pick up wherever he left off.

I’m thinking Eve should stick with her bear.
